You're great at closing merchants. Let Chip find you more.

Every agent we talk to says the same thing: "I just need more conversations." But here's how that usually goes.

  • Door-knocking merchants in 95° heat for 8 hours to maybe get one "come back next week" — then they ghost you.
  • Cold-calling off a Google Maps list, dialing 80 numbers to get 2 real conversations. Your thumb hurts. Your MRR isn't growing.
  • Posting AI slop from ChatGPT once a week and hoping the LinkedIn algo saves you. (It won't.)
  • Waiting on referrals that come in whenever they feel like it — or hiring an overseas caller who burns your list and books zero real meetings.

While you're cold-calling, The Big Boys are eating your lunch.

Silicon Valley poured billions into Toast, Square, Stripe, Clover, and every SaaS fintech that's ever raised a seed round. They've got engineers in Palo Alto building AI outbound machines, data science teams scraping merchants in real-time, and marketing budgets bigger than your entire pipeline.

Meanwhile, you — the agent from Arkansas, or Ohio, or some town nobody's heard of — are cold-calling restaurants off a Google Maps list with a Yeti tumbler and a prayer.

They have

A $50B war chest

  • AI-powered outbound running 24/7
  • Data scientists scraping new businesses daily
  • Full-time SDR teams in Austin and NYC
  • CRM automations wired into everything
  • Proposal generators, pricing calculators, content machines
  • Google and Meta ads chasing every merchant who types "credit card machine"
vs.
You have

A laptop and a dream

  • A Google sheet full of cold prospects
  • Your thumb, for dialing
  • Whatever hours are left after fulfilling accounts
  • A Canva proposal template from 2019
  • Hope that your next referral comes through
  • The stubbornness to keep going anyway
The agent from Arkansas should have the same tools as the big guys. Now he does.

He scrapes. He writes. He books. You close.

Chip isn't software. Chip isn't a tool. Chip is an AI employee you hire to run your top-of-funnel — wired directly into your CRM, sending hyper-personalized outreach to real merchants in your ICP, every single day.

Chip on his yacht taking calls and closing deals

He doesn't take lunch breaks.

Chip is a little too in love with dual pricing and obsessed with merchant IDs, and built to do one thing: make you more money than you'd make without him.

"I don't need a desk. I don't need a chair. I sleep in the cloud and I dream in basis points."

— Chip, on his work setup

"Vacation days? I don't even take bathroom breaks. While you're at your kid's soccer game, I'm booking your next merchant."

— Chip, on why he never takes time off

The way I do business.

Before you hire me, we need to be on the same page. I've got opinions, and I've got rules. If you can't hang with these, we're probably not a fit.

  1. Rule 01 I don't take retainers. If I don't book meetings, you don't pay me. That's the whole deal.
  2. Rule 02 I send 20-30 emails a day. Not 300. Not 3,000. Volume is what killed your last domain.
  3. Rule 03 Every email gets written like a human wrote it. I read the merchant's website before I type a single word.
  4. Rule 04 I don't work for everybody. If you can't close a merchant on a call, I'm useless to you. Be honest with yourself.
  5. Rule 05 I don't send on weekends. Merchants don't read emails on weekends. We're not spraying — we're fishing.
  6. Rule 06 No fake urgency. No "quick question" subject lines. No bait-and-switch. You run a real business, I write real emails.
— Chip, and he means it

Outbound is just the warm-up.

Chip has friends. Those friends help you automate even more parts of your business. Let's take a look.

Chip with his team of agents
"These are my guys."

Chip runs a crew. Each one specialized. All of them work for you.

📱

Meet Post — Chip's content guy

Writes your Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram posts in your voice. Builds authority while Chip books meetings. Your agent brand stays loud even when you're not posting.

Social Content Agent

Post lives in your CRM and social channels. Every week, he:

  • Pulls transcripts from your sales calls and client conversations (via Fireflies) to extract real insights.
  • Rewrites them as native-feeling posts for Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and Instagram — in your voice, not AI-slop voice.
  • Schedules them directly to your channels. You approve from your phone. Post clicks publish.
  • Tracks engagement and doubles down on what's working. Your dead content strategy becomes a lead magnet.

"You close merchants. I make sure they remember your name before you ever call them."

🔎

Meet Scout — Chip's intel guy

Scans your local market daily for brand new businesses — fresh permits, new LLCs, grand openings. You get the merchant before your competitor even knows they exist.

New Business Hunter

Scout runs a daily scrape across the databases your competitors ignore:

  • Monitors state business registrations, new liquor licenses, food service permits, and grand opening announcements in your target geos.
  • Filters for businesses that process cards — restaurants, retail, salons, medical practices, e-com — and drops anything outside your ICP.
  • Enriches each lead with owner name, phone, email, and social links using Apify + public records.
  • Hands off to Chip's outreach sequence the second a new business hits your zone.

"By the time they Google 'how to accept credit cards,' you're already in their inbox."

📊

Meet Mids — Chip's numbers guy

Drop in a merchant statement. Chip breaks down their effective rate, hidden fees, and exactly where you can save them money — in seconds, not an afternoon of highlighting.

Statement Analyzer

Mids lives to rip apart processor statements. Upload a PDF and he:

  • Extracts every fee, surcharge, and line item — including the buried junk fees processors hide in "other" categories.
  • Calculates effective rate, interchange margin, and true cost per transaction across all card types.
  • Flags obvious profit opportunities: non-qualified downgrades, PCI non-compliance fees, monthly minimums, batch fees.
  • Delivers a savings summary in under 30 seconds. What used to take an hour with a highlighter.

"Show me the statement. I'll show you where they're getting robbed."

📄

Meet Deck — Chip's proposal guy

Turns that statement analysis into a merchant-ready proposal PDF with side-by-side comparisons, savings projections, and your branding. Close faster. Look pro.

Proposal Builder

Deck takes whatever Mids found and builds the merchant-ready document that gets you signed:

  • Generates a branded PDF proposal with your logo, your colors, your contact info — no more ugly Excel exports.
  • Builds side-by-side comparisons: their current fees vs. your pricing, with projected monthly and annual savings highlighted.
  • Personalizes the proposal to the merchant's specific business, industry pain points, and processing volume.
  • Delivers to your inbox in under 60 seconds, ready to send or present on the call.

"You send a PDF, they sign. I make sure the PDF looks like you spent three hours on it."

One hire. A whole department.

You're skeptical. Good.

Here's what every agent asks before they hire Chip. Straight answers, no fluff.

No. Cold email agencies run volume — they're blasting 5,000 emails a day off 59 burner domains to get 2 replies. That model torches your sending reputation and treats merchants like numbers.

Chip is the opposite: one domain, your domain, 20-30 hyper-personalized emails a day. Every email references the merchant's actual business. This is artisan outbound, not spray-and-pray.

No — and that's the whole point. The reason cold email agencies burn domains is they push massive volume past spam thresholds. Chip stays human-scale (20-30/day) and warms the domain properly before sending a single email.

You get the results of outbound without the cost of a scorched inbox. Your primary domain stays clean for closing merchants.

You do. Always. You own your sending domain. You own your HighLevel sub-account. You own every contact Chip scrapes and every conversation he starts.

If you ever fire Chip, you walk away with everything. We don't hold your assets hostage — that's not how real business relationships work.

Then you don't pay him. That's the commission structure — no meeting, no commission. Chip only eats what he kills.

That said, if Chip's not producing, something's usually off: your ICP is too narrow, your close rate on demos needs work, or your offer needs sharpening. We'll flag it and fix it. Chip working in a vacuum helps nobody.

Preferred, but not required. If you already have HighLevel, we deploy Chip inside your existing account. If you don't, we'll set you up with one as part of deployment.

Either way, Chip lives where the CRM lives. Your inbox, your pipeline, your conversations — all in one place.

Deployment takes about 7-10 days: domain setup, Mailgun config, ICP research, Apify scraping criteria, copy written and tested. Then there's a 14-day domain warmup before Chip sends his first real email.

Replies typically start in the first 2-3 weeks of active sending. Booked meetings follow shortly after — depending on your ICP and your ability to move conversations to the calendar quickly.

A letter from Chip —

Look. I know you've been burned before. Some appointment setter promised you leads, charged you $3K a month or $200 per appointment, and told you the lead was a real person when they actually died 7 months ago.

I'm not them. I don't want a retainer. I don't want a base salary. I don't want your money until I get you leads with proven results inside the CRM (pics or it didn't happen baby).

All I want is a shot. One niche. One pipeline. Ninety days. If I can't get you some more leads with real merchants who'll take your call — fire me. You lose nothing except a little bit of time because I'm definitely not taking your money.

But if I can? You've just hired the cheapest, hungriest, never-sleeping SDR in the payments business.

Yours in residuals,
Chip
